Hi! I'm back. Want to hear what happened yesterday? Read on!
here is how it all happened:
Yesterday, Tuesday April, 13, I was doing Spanish. A wile ago I was doing 3D printing class and then swim. It was a pretty squished schedule with Dori, a friend of mom's, birthday. James and mom were making cupcakes for her birthday. The cupcake flavor was chocolate with coffe frosting, my favorite kind of cupcake. We had went to the store to get some piping bags and sprinkles and topping decorations. In the middle of my Spanish class, mom was doing the dishes when something caught her eye. Crawling along our garden cage were thousands and thousands of little tiny Praying Mantises!
I had to cut Spanish class short though because I could not take my eyes off the Praying Mantis babies. Once I closed the computer screen, I rushed over to look at the babies more closely.
fast facts about Praying Mantises:
Mantises are an order of insects that contains over 2,400 species in about 430 genera in 30 families. The largest family is the Mantidae. Mantises are distributed worldwide in temperate and tropical habitats. They have triangular heads with bulging eyes supported on flexible necks. (source: Wikipedia)
